The only thing that he really conceded to is that the NFL requires the owners to go along with what the Commissioner rules. He repeated every complaint the Patriots have had prior to saying that he wasn't going to pursue legal action. My guess is that Brady's lawyer is going to Phi Slamma Jamma the suspension and then Goodell will have an opportunity to cut back on the team penalty since Kraft publicly deferred to his authority.
So it looks like the 4 game suspension is back on again. I'm guessing it was expected since he drop his salary from $9 million to $1 million this year.
We'll see...apparently having the Chief Justice of a three judge panel write the dissenting opinion is quite rare, and does provide a chance at another review.
