Top 10 Games of This Generation

    We have not had one of these for quite some time. Simple as always, just name your top 10 games from this generation of consoles so far.(PS3/Xbox 360/Wii/DS/PSP)

    Descriptions on why each one is in your top are welcome, but that is down to you whether you can be bothered or not.

    Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. Otherwise, the games this gen haven't really blown me away.

    Oblivion, Burnout Paradise, Gran Turismo 5, Project Gotham Racing 4, Fallout 3, GTA IV, Red Dead Redemption, Modern Warfare 2, Gears of War 1 and 2, Street Fighter IV and Super Street Fighter IV, Guitar Hero World Tour, Final Fantasy XIII to name a few I can think of.

    I nominate these games simply because I have had a lot of fun playing these games over the last 3 years or so.

    All great games; it's a mixture of great single player, multiplayer and unique experiences. I've also picked 11. Oh dear.

    Mass effect 1&2
    metal gear solid 4
    Yakuza 3
    Oblivion
    Project Gotham racing 3&4
    GTA IV
    Bioshock 1&2

    Technically thats 11 but ah well.

    I remembered Heavy Rain earlier and had to post it. That game blew mer away as I'd never played anything like it, with Move it was even more awesome.

    Metroid Prime: Corruption
    Ace Attorneys (with Trials & Tribulations as my favourite)

    (I do not owe a x360 so only wii/ps3/nds games)

    honestly the only game I really enjoyed was Lost Odyssey. I'm pretty much losing interest. I liked Mass Effect though, 1 more than 2. I don't have a PS3. I have a Wii... but not one I can play with... in public.
