Trollmander-in-Chief 2.0: The Return

  1. Both sides are backing down.

We know from their attack on the Saudi Arabian oil facility that Iran is capable of extremely precise drone strikes. It seems like they planned this attack so that no Americans would be harmed. They basically just wanted to fire some warning shots.

  2. So is the DNC going to let voters pick the candidate they wanted 4 years ago?

Or will they work tirelessly to re-elect Trump?

  3. I have had little doubt that Trump would be re-elected in 2020, but if Sanders actually got the nomination he would have a good shot at winning. it would probably be close depending on how things go. I didn't think there was any chance for him to win the primary. Not due to interest or merit, of course, but because the DNC rigs it every time and will do anything to try to keep legitimate candidates out.

They sure love running bland stand for nothing do nothing candidates. If they had their way it would be Biden or Bloomberg. They might be dragged kicking and screaming into running the candidate the people actually want who would bring real change (not the fake Obama kind) because the alternative is more Trump. But I wouldn’t count on it. We will probably see another rigged primary.

  5. I'm sure we can trust the DNC with a fair and balanced primary process adhering to the rules. I saw no irregularities with Tim Kaine abruptly abandoning his position as DNC chair prior to the end of the term to suddenly go teach at a university and by remarkable coincidence getting the VP spot on the ticket and individuals completely detached from any rigging of the 2016 primary just happened to take his place through the election. Nothing to see here.

    Tim Kaine 2009–2011 Virginia
    Donna Brazile (Acting) 2011 Louisiana
    Debbie Wasserman Schultz 2011–2016 Florida
    Donna Brazile (Acting) 2016–2017 Louisiana

Rush Limbaugh has spread more moronic conspiracy theory nonsense and misinformation than Alex Jones. Lol at Trump giving him the highest medal in the land.

  7. Impeachment was always a terrible idea. It was never going to make it past the sentate. Trump is emboldened since he knows there are no consequences. It also means impeachment can be used as a political weapon going forward. If by some miracle Dems win in 2020, their person could end up getting impeached.

  8. It appears America still has no love for status quo politicians. That was obvious in 2016 with the rise of Trump and Sanders. It’s even more obvious now.

Biden and Warren are a flop already.

Bernie Sanders is about as socialist as Trump. But it will be hard to convince uneducated dumbasses of that though.

I don’t think America is ready for an openly gay person in the White House. Her reaction is dumb and the homophobia is dumb, but I don’t think she’s that unusual sadly.

  10. Not to mention that it’s the first thing you hear about him. Or, you know, she’s in the same party as him and he’s running for a super important public office... maybe do a smidgen of homework on your candidates background? It’s not like her particular vote means anything to the political process.

On the other hand, it is nice to think she just liked what he said and a gay thought never even crossed her precious brain. Till it was too late. Her moment of realization was pretty funny.

  11. Apparently it's ok for a foreign power to interfere in our elections. So ok that no trial is even needed. So it is what it is I guess. Maybe the Democrats should be asking any friendly countries they can for help.

  12. Do we know the nature of the alleged interference? I could relate in some ways to not wanting certain candidates as the guy you have to deal with for the next 4 to 8 years.

Jokes aside, China is likely to be a much bigger threat to the integrity of our elections than Russia.

  13. Today's idiot gets informed through social media, and it's easy for foreign powers to spread propaganda through social media. By the transitive property, it's easy for foreign powers to inform today's idiot.

  14. I think we're getting to the point where we need to start banning political ads before elections. Actually, we should just turn the Internet off during an election year.

  15. If Sanders keeps doing well and makes it through the primary I could see him winning the general election. The Dems have a long history of running bland candidates then wondering why voter turnout is so poor. I think running someone who actually stands for something will lull a lot of people who normally don't vote out of their apathy. Basically a Trump-like phenomenon, but on the Dem side.

  16. The Trump - Sanders debates will be a circus. I'm looking forward to it. I don't like either of them so I don't have any investment other than for entertainment value.

The way to actually beat Trump in a debate is not to debate him. He's a narcissist. Any attention feeds his ego, including negative attention. You beat narcissists by ignoring them. He's also an extreme pathological liar who lies constantly about everything. The truth doesn't matter to him, just what he can make people believe. There's nothing to be gained by debating someone like that. They will just spin one lie after another and constantly move the goal posts. I also refute the idea that many swing voters exist who would be swayed by a debate. The parties are very polarized at this point. And people become more resolute in their beliefs when they are confronted. In other words the debate would just rile up Trump's voters even more and make them more likely to vote. Skipping the debates would be the best strategy. But Dems are dumb and I'm not sure they have a strategy.

  18. I don't think Bernie is capable of ignoring him during the debate. Trump will poke him and poke him and poke him until he responds out of offense. He is already doing it in the current debates.

  19. I’m saying he should skip the debates entirely. Just don’t attend them at all. As far as I know the debates aren’t required. There’s nothing to be gained by debating Trump.

Bernie needs to get a firm handle on these fringe protesters who keep stealing his microphone and taking over his rallies before he considers debating Trump, but judging from this picture I think he's been putting some serious thought into how he'd like to go about doing that.
