There's a PC game probly from the late 90's called Beatle Buggin' think it was also on the N64. That was an off the wall sort of fun game.
I played a certain point and click game back in the day on a friends pc and I remember enjoying it. It was cartoonish in appearance apart from the main character which was Christopher Lloyd, bizarre. I think there was a little pink dude called flux too.
There was an old game in the 90's that featured side scroll shooting like contra but it was robots or w/e and they changed depending on the mission as either walking or forming a jet fighter. I believe it was for the nes and/or genesis
Metal Warriors on the SNES? My brother and I loved that game. It was fucking badass in coop. Loved that you could eject and steal mechs. The mechs had jump jets and some had laser swords and shields. Really awesome game for the time.
Sadly not it, the game I refer to had bosses that were biomechanical in nature, almost cyborgy and the player character was much smaller then the pic you portrayed. I will however be checking your game out xD
Isn't that Super Contra in the US? What about the Assault Suit/Cybernator games? http://hardcoregaming101.net/assaultsuits/assaultsuits.htm
