Playing Dishonored. It feels like a combination of Batman, Bioshock, and Assassin’s Creed. So far it’s pretty good. The graphics are a bit disappointing but I feel they are acceptable.
Aren't you playing on PC? Thought it had a great art style but the ps3 showed its age. On a good PC I'd have thought it would look fantastic.
Well it might just be artistic style. I believe it’s the same engine used in the Batman games which look pretty good. I’ll take some screens later. The game does do a great job of supporting triple screens. Most games will put the HUD components in the corners of the outer screens which is a pain. Dishonored keeps the HUD on the center screen where it should be.
This shot is a good example. Where is the textures on the hand? The building in the back looks good but the tessellation on the road is weak.
The game is meant to be in a painting style - it's not going for the normal videogame look. So I guess that's why you're not seeing detailed textures on some stuff.
I have been messing with the more advanced settings in Far Cry 3 using Inspector and the FC3 profile, and it's running a hell of a lot smoother. It's also looking pretty spectacular. (right click; view image) It's not taxing my cards nearly as much now despite looking better. It's using closer to 55% power per card rather than 75% and above.
I'm finding the Shredder SMG to be an awesome weapon. I think it unlocked when I found 5 or 6 memory cards. Do buy this thing. It's silenced and really potent. It also has a pretty badass custom paint job.
Picked up Far Cry 3 awhile ago and completed the main storyline and the majority of the side quests. Ran flawlessly on my system although I had to turn down the AA settings. What kind of system are you running that on, AKS? If you like the Shredder, you'll definitely like the Bushman (customized P416). I think it unlocks when you activate all the radio towers.

I have a 2600K and 2x SLI GTX 670 4 GB. I have abandoned FC3's in-game settings for the most part in favor of Inspector and the FC3 profile. Looks and runs great with gobs of power to spare. I've mostly focused on taking the outposts on the north side of the map and getting all the upgrades (completed now), so I haven't made it to the south yet. I've found the silenced R700, Shredder SMG, silenced FAMAS, and bow to be my weapons of choice so far. I'm back on the story now. I may swap the FAMAS for the Bushmaster when I get there. P.S.: We appointed a guardian monkey to keep the forum safe. He tends to be suspicious and prone to violence. Behave yourself.

Still playing dishonored and really liking it. I'm pretty much killing everything in site so I guess I'm doing the dark route.

I am currently playing Persona 4 Golden on my Vita. It's the American version as its not out here till Feburary. I recieved it today and have been Playing it non stop all day. Such a great game so far and there is so much outside the story and dungeons.
I picked up Mass Effect from psn and this is the first time I ever play a Mass Effect game. After all these positive reviews I am sligthly disappointed so far but to be honest - the game is 5 years old now. It feels really Bioware-ish - tiny locations with straight routes to push you forward, a lot of talking. I am just after finding Liara and still want to see more but I still can't just feel what so many people claim they feel playing this.
So far Far Cry 3 is a lot of fun. To me it feels like Red Dead Redemption mixed with Skyrim. The graphics are about the best I've seen since the original Crysis but still not as good. Perhaps better than Skyrim for stuff up close but worse farther away. The draw distance isn't very good which is too bad because it would really make this game look amazing. This picture shows how the foliage up close looks nice but everything past the road gets fuzzy.
