Supernatural and The Walking Dead are on a break now until next year. At least I still have the X Files to watch until they return.
Saw this awesome villain on dragonball last night. General Blue is his name and what makes him awesome is the fact that he had one of his own men taken out back and shot dead, for picking his nose! Ruthless lol. I just saw him again. This time he had someone shot dead because they missed with some torpedoes they were firing. This guy's strict.
He is awesome, but he becomes a pussy later on after getting his arse handed to him by Chibi Goku a few times.
The last few Dragonball sagas have some great battles. The last Saga is close to dragonball Z, but without the over powered moves.
I think killing off Jimmy on Boardwalk Empire was a huge mistake. He was the only interesting character on the show, and Steve Buscemi just isn't a leading man. I actually have no idea what they're going to do with another season of this show. It seems like they've pretty well wrapped everything up.
I don't. Wife keeps putting it on, saying it's like the Sopranos, give it a chance, it will get better, whatever. I feel like I've given it a chance, and all they did was make it trashier and kill off the only interesting character. She really liked the Sopranos, which is why I think she keeps watching it.
I've just finished watching the three Black Mirror episodes on Channel 4. By Charlie Brooker and Konnie Huq. Very disturbing. Very good.
I really enjoyed the second one, 15 million merits I think it was called. Not sure how much Konnie had to do with any of these, they all seem to the sort of thing that would come from Charlie's mind. Still best to get the brownie points by putting the wife's name on the credits.
The last one was apparently written by one of the guys that wrote for Peep Show. I t was pretty uncomfortable viewing. 15 million merits seems to be a self criticism by Brooker, Bing resembles him in a lot of ways. They need to make more of these, I was surprised there were only three.
.....spoilers...... So Deb finally found Dexter's secret? I guess it was bound to happen eventually, but I really wonder where they're going to go with the show from here. Will she sweep it under the rug and let him continue doing his thing, or will he end up on death row?
Scared Straight This show is hilarious because the kids never learn. On the episode I watched last night, a girl set fire to her house when her mother asked her to do the dishes. She promised to straighten up. She then went home and tried to murder her brother with a pot of scalding hot oil while he was sleeping. Needless to say, she ended up going to prison. I think she was dropped on her head or something.
Missed the first episode of the new series of Sherlock last night but managed to catch up today. Just as good as the first series, I think the whole thing is excellent and have to applaud Moffat and Gatiss for this. And before you Americans start moaning about the short series length of only 3 episodes consider that they are each 1:30 long. Your American shows only last 20 minutes by the time you fit in 100 ad breaks so 3 episodes of this is as good as a 12 episode series in America TV show time.
Quality over quantity. I hear Sherlock is quite a good show, but some people have been saying you can feel a bit of the Doctor Who series in it?
People still watch the abomination that is TV? Be careful- lest you lose your sanity and become just like all the other slaves.
