Chemistry being the cooperation (plus unknown element that certain ppl seem to 'think' is there) of a group of people? I think Human Centipede is the BEST example of such. It's like a 3-legged race mad scientist style! This 'unknown element' thing is to laugh! And I thought I was the one with faith! It's like all these crazy 15 year old anime enthusiasts that spurn dubs cuz it just doesn't sound right... well it DOES sound right it just doesn't sound how you IMAGINED IT. Both groups of maniacs are IMAGINING something out of thin air. IMO neither of you are right. This 'chemistry' thing is just dumb, like Human Centipede. The very mention of it makes ppl stop thinking.
Well, there's a difference between a good dub and a "ohmygodIhavetofitthiswholesentenceintothespaceofonesecondbecausethat'showlongthecharacter'smouthismovingfor" bad dub. And it's not chemistry if you've been knocked out and surgically attached to two other random people. I don't even think the two fat presenters of Amerrrrrccaaiin Top geeAARRR know anything about cars.
Dudebros who don't know anything about cars playing Forza? That's seriously the American Top Gear? Holy shitballs does that look terrible.
I don't know when this was on TV but I guess it was I just found it on one boring night via amazon prime. Pushing Daisies Comedic show occasionally funny, rather addicting first season. I'm halfway through the second season and I am more than over it. There's a couple in here that bicker than immediately make up like newlyweds (not in the makeup sex sort of way, in the 'boochy-woochy hubby/ hunny-do' sort of way, the kind that turns everybody else' stomachs). It's VERY annoying... though after watching it for a season and a half I'm willing to ignore it since the 2nd season is the final one.
Watched the arctic episode of Top Gear, which was pretty cool. I was actually expecting the dog sled to win. I really thought the truck would get stuck a lot more than it did. It sounds like they set a world record, because no one had ever driven to the north pole in a car prior to that.
Yeah that was one of the better episodes. A season or two later James may drives the Toyota the camera crew used to get to the pole in a bit where he drives really close to an active volcano and snags a molten piece of fresh earth, durable isn't a strong enough word for Toyota trucks.
Those Toyotas were also heavily modified by a group of guys from Iceland who clearly knew what they were doing. Jeremy and James were pretty comfortable for most of the trip while going over some of the worst terrain on the planet.
No, I really just started watching. The specials seemed like a good place to start since those seem to be some of the best episodes. It's a hilarious show. You really don't even have to be that into cars to like it.
